We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the marketing side of our small but growing, fast paced digital web agency. This is an exciting opportunity to guide, create, deploy and measure digital marketing for us and our clients, and to support the wider business objectives of lead generation, sales and awareness.

We have just moved into beautiful new offices just outside Reading (M4 Junction 11) where we have undergone a modern refit including Table football, VR, and chillout areas in a lovely rural location.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

+ Bring fresh ideas and develop strategies to position us as lead web agency
+ Be an innovator, someone who loves to test and trial new initiatives and share with the team
+ Develop KPIs for all digital media channels
+ Manage social media platforms - customer correspondence, paid ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Adwords), content creation, driving engagement etc.
+ Strategies, setup, monitor and analyse PPC campaigns (Google AdWords).
+ Issue weekly and monthly reports pertaining to Paid Media campaigns, outlining performance, revenue and applicable relevant metrics
+ Work closely with the Graphic Designer to ensure display, social, affiliate creative is optimized, innovative and effective
+ Create email marketing strategy and implement.
+ Analyse performance and monitor KPIs of digital campaigns.
+ Identify and reach out to prospective clients to create new business opportunities
+ Take ownership of increasing leads generated through advertising channels
+ Research content for our website including blog articles, white papers and case studies
+ Input into and management of the company’s marketing plan

Key Requirements:

+ Ideally previous agency experience (working with multiple clients)
+ Must be an expert in maximizing the potential from the following: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, Mail Chimp.
+ Experience developing high quality content strategies
+ Knowledge of the tech / software / digital sectors
+ Google Ad certification would be an asset
+ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
+ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
+ Strong work ethic and personal accountability
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Strong time management
+ You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
+ Proven track record of improving paid media ROI and implementing best practices
+ Experience with budget management
+ Problem solver, ability to learn on your own or as part of a team.
