This is a large multi-functional B2C organisation and as the Digital Marketing Manager you will help shape the digital strategy for attracting new and engaging with existing customers. You will liaise with many heads of department all of whom place their needs above others. Key to this role is managing the expectations of those numerous stakeholders and prioritising projects and workloads for your multi-channel digital team.
- Management of a multi-disciplinary digital marketing team
- Project Management experience in varied digital channels
- Management of numerous internal stakeholders all pushing their individual requirements
- Experience of leading a team and the management functions to include, 1-2-1's, recruitment, role profiling etc.
- Multi-channel digital marketing experience - both strategic and operational
- Project Management skills and experience of leading a team and managing clients to keep them updated at all stages of the project life-cycle
