SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity is looking for a dynamic and creative Head of Digital Marketing. We are looking for someone to bring our digital brand to life. This is fantastic opportunity to lead the critical area of growth and to develop strategies and executions for our' campaigns across all digital channels.
About the role
The Head of Digital Marketing will determine the digital strategy with the Director of Marketing and Communications to support the organisational strategy. Passionate about digital marketing, you will be responsible for all digital marketing functions of the organisation, driving digital brand growth, supporter development and maximising income. You will understand the value of our supporters and be committed to delivering a remarkable experience for them across all digital channels, including social media and mobile.
To carry out this role successfully you will have . . .
- Substantial experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategy, including digital brand development.
- Proven experience in analytics and developing evidence based strategies for growth.
- A track record of Identifying and implementing improvements in new and emerging digital technologies to support organisational growth.
- Evidence of developing digital acquisition and retention strategies for supporters (financial and non-financial)
