To lead the content experience for all digital products and experiences.Leading the copywriting and visual content teams collaborating closely with Product, Experience Design, Brand and Engineering.Grow the in-house content capabilities and evolve user-centered design methodologies to create useful, usable and engaging products and services that our customers will love.This role will cover all customer digital touch points on responsive web and mobile, and will have critical input into the work to deliver the underlying services that support those propositions.Act as the voice of the customer, be passionate about their needs and how to continually improve their experience. Design digital products that delight consumers and deliver a straightforward, enjoyable experience resulting in strong retention rates and regular repeat users.You will need to work closely with Product Managers, Experience Design, marketing and Engineers to align the user experience and maintain consistency of brand expression across web and app.Reporting

Strategy - Responsible for ongoing development of the content vision and strategy. Synthesize ideas on strategy, planning and execution of next generation of products. Build consensus and drive execution.Leadership - Responsible for communicating and instilling a broad understanding of strategic goals and priorities to their direct reports and wider teams to empower them to achieve business goals.Coaching and Personal Development - Responsible for coaching and developing their team leads and direct reports.Insight - Be an expert in key digital and consumer trends (especially mobile), identify innovative opportunities and strategies.Management responsibilities of Copywriters, CMS production, visual content producersWhat responsibilities will you have?
● Manage the studio's Content team● Assume responsibility for the overall quality of the Content team's work across the studio.● Oversee Content approaches and deliverables across the studio● Estimate scope as well as level of effort for content resourcing● Define how design teams use content documentation across internal and client-facing work● Liaise with Experience Design Lead within creative studio and throughout the team to establish best practices, evolve processes and ensure continuity across all documentation
