Our client; a well-established high-street retailer are looking for a commercially minded Head of Digital to join the ranks for a 12 month Maternity cover.

You'll be responsible for the strategic development of their digital channels ensuring the delivery of growth and continued innovation. This is a hands on and varied role with plenty of autonomy in shaping the Digital Strategy.
- Deliver the digital strategy in line with business objectives and KPIs whilst maximising return on investment
- Drive growth of active customer database with targeted marketing campaigns to drive new and returning visitors
- Optimise digital KPIs across both UK and International websites by detailed analysis of onsite behaviours
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Trading team and Marketing team to drive trade decisions and ensure digital channels are an aspirational representation of the brand
- Manage the digital roadmap driving continual innovation and delivering a world-class, highly competitive customer proposition
- At least a senior manager level role previously
- Strong Project/Stakeholder management experience.
- Not necessarily retail; agency or consultancy is fine, as is B2B retail or service sector
- New online marketing initiatives/ideas on customer retention/acquisition
- Digital and omni-channel innovation
- Data driven insights and an analytical approach
