Are you a Digital Marketing Specialist? Want to work for an award winning digital agency? Our client is on the lookout for a CRO Manager / Head of CRO to join their growing team in Harrogate. This agency are part of a large group and work with a selection of great clients!

Job Description:

As a CRO Manager, your role will focus upon leading conversion rate optimisation team and developing the department further. You will get involved in developing CRO strategy for a selection of the agency's key clients with the main goal to improving web conversion rates. Testing and implemental changes will be left to a CRO Executive, leaving you to get stuck into campaign analytics and informing clients on results etc! This agency plans to double the size of the department, so you will be involved in interviewing and managing new members of your team!

What We're Looking For:

As the ideal candidate, you must have a strong digital background with a bias to all things technical. Previous CRO experience would be beneficial, but we are happy to speak to anyone interested in learning more about CRO! You will need to have great communication and line management skills! A good knowledge of web, UX, HTML/CSS would be essential for this role!
