Head of Agency Relations

As the Head of Agency Relations, you will responsible for maximising opportunities within established and new agency partners aligned to department strategy, to drive increased revenue and profit. The Head of Agency Relations, in partnership with their counterparts and with the support of the Agency Relations Manager, acts as ambassador providing best in class agency account management, developing strong relationships and driving new business.
Head of Agency Relations Role:
- Create and develop strategic plan to enhance offering across agency portfolio
- Build strong relationships with key agency contacts, within agreed agency portfolio, at both communications planner and business director level engendering trust and confidence.
- Work closely with the Client team in generating new clients from your agency portfolio, introducing cross client pollination and business services beyond media accelerating a deeper relationship to Active.
- Forecast and track agency performance with an aim to achieving year on year growth across billings and profit.
- Promote innovative business solutions and inventory positions working with the media team offering greater incentives to both agency and client.
- Support Agency Barter contacts with new ideas for client pitches.
- Work closely with the Media Team to ensure consistency of communication across all agency contacts
The Ideal Candidate for the Role of Head of Agency Relations:
- Demonstrate ability to support directors on the creation of strategic plans.
- Demonstrate ability to manage a team effectively at "Head of" level.
- Inspire, motivate, mentor and coach peers and junior teams.
- Bring proven experience within the media industry in an external facing role.
- Be comfortable in an environment committed to transformation and adaptation to the market.
- Drive to achieve individual and group targets, goals & deadlines.
- Use initiative to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to fulfilling internal and external directives.
The role of Head of Agency Relations you will receive up to £60,000 with a very generous package and commission bonus of up to £10,000. APPLY TODAY!
