My client is recruiting a Head of Acquiring, with a remit across the UK & Ireland. You will be a hands-on and experienced Relationship Manager with deep insights and contacts. The role involves navigating major Acquirer relationships, ultimately helping them to drive more value-added revenues with existing and new merchant relationships.
You will build close working relationships with senior stakeholders in the relevant Product, Technology and Sales teams of the clients acquiring banks and payments partners.
Working with the Senior Management team you will build a viable commercial strategy which will include; negotiating commercial agreements with the Bank Acquirers and Payments Partners, creating a business case for this channel and selling value propositions.
A deep understanding of payments, acquiring and merchants is a must, you will be expected to design/negotiate commercial agreements with the bank acquirers and payments partners & create develop and implement a business case to drive business growth.
