Job Title: Head of Account Management – B2B Marketing Agency  

Location: London   

Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience plus bonus and benefits  

 

About the B2B Marketing Agency

Exciting opportunity for a talented client handler to join a leading B2B marketing agency & publishing company. They are a creative hub, producing some of the UK’s most recognised content across multiple media channels: digital, print and omni-channel and through the combination of first-class journalism, data and memorable graphic design. Based in amazing loft-style offices in the creative hub of London the company has seen incredible growth with the common thread of entrepreneurialism and boldness. With an agency side and a publishing side to the business, they have a diverse and collaborative team of experts, and are looking for a Head of Account Management to become a key member of the team. The agency side of the business partners with exciting household name B2B brands in tech, professional services, financial services and fintech.  
 

About the Head of Account Management role

The Head of Account Management will work on the agency side of the business, with the remit of heading up key agency accounts.  

Key Responsibilities for the Head of Account Management:  

  • Be the client lead on key accounts, providing senior client counsel  
  • Develop strategy for key clients 
  • Use your commercial skills to spot opportunities to grow accounts  
  • Grow relationships and drive long term revenue growth on key client accounts 
  • Work collaborate with internal teams to deliver award winning creative and content work 

 

About You

You’ll be a passionate client services professional with B2B marketing agency experience. You’ll be looking to join an entrepreneurial and award-winning agency with a non-hierarchical structure, where you can make a big impact.  

Skills and experience needed for the Head of Account Management: 

  • B2B marketing agency experience 
  • Track record of growing client accounts 
  • Rounded B2B marketing knowledge 
  • Emotional intelligence and great people skills 
  • Commercial savviness
