Job Description

This worldwide leader in hospitality is looking for a data analyst expert who will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the Guest Experience and online brand reputation.

In this role you will be the 'voice of the guest' and will champion, consolidate, analyse and present back data and insights to stakeholders to ensure best in class guest experiences that are in line with brand standards.

You will be accustomed to defining and reporting on KPI’s - including reputation performance scores, guest satisfaction, online feedback across partner channels and mystery guest surveys.
With a strong analytical background, you are comfortable with number crunching and be able to take data from multiple sources to draw conclusions and inform marketing strategies.

A confident and engaging communicator, you will be great at building relationships internally and with our partners and be able to negotiate, influence and challenge where necessary to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
