FMCG Brand, Sydney

AUD $110k/year + super

This global marketing agency is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to sit on-site with a large and well-known FMCG brand in their Sydney office! You will be leading the global marketing agenda for the brand across digital/data/performance/precision/growth marketing and product innovation. You will be developing the strategy, creative concepts, content and implementing campaigns.

You'll strive in this role if you have passion, ambition, experience in leading digital content and social campaigns and have worked in a creative agency.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing digital projects such as content production, social campaigns, web builds and display advertising
  • Advising on how content production (videos, online display ads, web design/build and social media) will drive performance across the business's online ecosystem
  • Working with wider company teams such as marketing, eCommerce and external partners to optimize the consumer journey and drive ROI
  • Report back on the effectiveness of campaigns and goal conversions
  • Responsible for several analytics functions - optimizing targeting and segmentation
  • Allocating budgets across multiple paid social channels (e.g. YouTube and Facebook)

What you need:

  • At least 5 years' experience working in marketing and advertising with a strong focus on digital
  • Time spent both in creative agencies and on the client-side
  • Experience working on a wide range of digital projects, including content production, social campaigns, website builds and display advertising
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing with a proficiency in optimizing and executing SEM, SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, Online Videos and Display Advertising
  • Strong analytics skills with the ability to determine key metrics, reduce operational costs and measure campaign performance
  • Expert in Google Analytics 360 and experience using reporting dashboards
