After a great round of series A investment, they have made some huge hires at board level, including a brand new Chief Marketing Officer who comes with a wealth of experience in content, social platforms and media publishing. He's now looked at where he needs to add support to help drive growth further, and his first appointment is this role.
So, what does the Growth Manager role entail? The objective is simple "Transform the sale of the app audience reach by using tried and tested acquisition and retention marketing tactics". You'll fundamentally need to have a data led approach to everything you do to really help drive download's and the retention rate.
Managing universal app campaigns and ASO programmes will be second nature to you but here's where it gets creative.
