What’s the opportunity?

As an experienced marketing professional, you’ll be responsible for the strategies and success of all our clients’ paid media campaigns. You’ll be excited to get great results for our clients, build customer understanding, and come up with new ideas to drive campaign results.

You’ll plan, analyse, and optimise the performance of all of our client paid media accounts. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Operations and Client Strategy team to deliver high-impact campaigns that push the boundaries.

You’ll work strategically but will be completely hands-on - this is not just a strategist role - you’ll be responsible for implementing the strategies you create. You’ll approach the challenges creatively and write compelling ad copy. You’ll obsess over optimisation and use your outstanding analytical skills to find opportunities and implement robust solutions.

What we’re looking for…

+ You’re a graduate with a minimum of 5+ years marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in paid media (Adwords, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) - preferably with an agency background but not essential.
+ You can put yourself in the shoes of the buyer and write ad copy that resonates.
+ Your mind is inquisitive - always trying to understand the buyer and their psychology.
+ You can structure an Ad Account - keeping it logical, neat and tidy.
+ You have solid Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager skills.
+ You’re great with numbers - you can spot anomalies and opportunities in ad performance.
+ You have a desire and aptitude for developing efficient business processes.
+ You have a growth mindset - results are what gets you out of bed in the morning.
+ You enjoy managing multiple projects, you enjoy a fast-paced environment.
+ You‘re a true team player - we support each other, egos are left at the door.

What you’ll do…

+ Manage all our clients paid media campaigns working across a wide range of platforms including (but not limited to) Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
+ Be the lead for all our paid media activity.
+ Work with the Strategy team to create winning paid media strategies for our clients.
+ Implement account strategy at every level - structure, ads, copy, bids etc.
+ Set up new Ad Accounts from scratch, or take over existing client accounts.
+ Set up and manage tracking in GTM, GA, and platforms.
+ Ensure best practice approaches are always adhered to and make sure our paid media operations are of the highest quality.
+ Foster productive client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
+ Design and deliver campaign performance reports so we can optimise and our clients are kept informed of campaign performance.
+ Stay current with the latest developments in the paid media world to ensure we’re delivering the best service we can.
