Group Partnership Manager - Entertainment Brand
We've worked with this brand for 4 years now, and we've watched their marketing department grow. They've brought in a mixture of agency side and client side people, and they're growing again.
The brand is a household entertainment retail brand, a destination brand and if you're big into film and new cinema releases this is definitely the dream role for you.
The Group Partnership Manager will report into the Group Head of Partnerships, and you'll support this person to truly lead and grow this brand's partnership offering. The Group Partnership Manager will be responsible for the delivery of partnership programmes / plans. The best way to describe this is when a big blockbuster film comes up, you and the team will be responsible for leveraging this opportunity by creating smart partnership opportunities with brands. This would then be amplified across a wide range of comms from retail, to digital, social and content, promotional activity and even advertising, PR and events.
The Group Partnership Manager will be involved with global led activity, partnership and promotional work, the brand has global reach, as do the films, therefore the partnership work will be with huge brands with global footprints. Not in all cases, some partnership work will be more local, it all depends on the budgets and the scale of the films.
The Group Partnership Manager will have experience managing and working with a variety of stakeholders at any one given time. The Group Partnership Manager will have a proven track record in delivering Pan-European and/or global partnership activity.
You could be a Group Partnership Manager from an agency or client side background, if agency side you'll be Account Director to Senior Account Director level. We're looking for a Group Partnership Manager who has experience managing multiple projects at any one given time, and you'll be able to manage suppliers, and negotiate.
The Group Partnership Manager will have outstanding project planning and implementation experience.
You could be a Senior Account Director / Account Director who is working at one of the top integrated / below the line agencies. You could be a Senior Account Director / Account Director who has strong promotional experience, or good brand partnership activity. We want a Senior Account Director / Account Director who is a good thinker and full of ideas, and ways of bringing activity to life through brand partnership.
The main objective is to increase brand awareness and football, so the Senior Account Director / Account Director / Group Partnership Manager will understand how to create promotions and bring partnerships together with brands to increase brand awareness for all parties involved.
