Oxfordshire - £40,000 - £48,000 (Pro Rata)

The Company

Recognised by industry body PR week as being in the top 150 PR consultancies in the UK, this Oxfordshire agency is known for championing creativity and delivering impactful communications campaigns. Working across both B2B and consumer for a range of enviable clients, they offer services across the whole channel mix - social, digital & traditional - the truly integrated way. The agency is going from strength to strength of late, their team has grown impressively and they have recently opened a second office. They have acchieved several news business wins in the last 6 months alone and have now reached a sufficient size where they have need of a dedicated Group Finance Manager (Management Accountant) to head up their operations team.

The Role

This is an ideal role for a qualified ACCA/CIMA looking to build and develop their career within an exciting creative organisation. The agency is looking for someone with minimum 2-3 years' experience as a management accountant and is looking to bring them on ideally on a 3 or 4 day a week basis (they are willing to be flexible on this however). The ideal candidate will:

  • (Ideally) Be a qualified/Studier Management Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent);
  • Be proficient at revenue & project accounting, month end reporting and budgeting & forecasting.
  • Possess experience using QuickBooks (highly beneficial)
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Have experience in managing legal contracts (desirable)
  • Have a track record of leadership & team management
  • 2-3 years SME experience
  • Circa £2-5m company background
