Group Account Director (Maternity Cover) – Networked agency – Central London – to £66k

Due to the incumbent Group Account Director’s maternity leave, the agency needs a strong Client Leader to head up one of its key accounts.

The agency has led this client’s CRM both strategically and creatively for more than six years. It delivers all things CRM from comms and data strategy to marketing automation implementation – creative concepting right through to creative execution.
You will report directly into the Managing Partner with responsibility for seven client service and project management team members.
You will oversee all areas of the business as well as focusing on growing it and developing incremental revenue opportunities. The role provides an exciting opportunity for a bright and ambitious Group Account Director to demonstrate ownership, strategic thinking and the ability to manage and drive forward a large piece of CRM business.
- A strong background in digital CRM
- Comfortable managing £2m-£3m of business
- A proven ability to increase business performance
- Experience of successfully leading and developing teams
- The ability to lead award-winning accounts
- Commercial planning skills
Salary and benefits
To £66k, depending on experience level, plus:
