Group Account Director, Central London - Up to £80k DOE
We’re working with one of Europe’s fastest growing marketing agencies who specialise in brand partnerships, loyalty and promotions. They need a strong Group Account Director to lead some of their most important accounts.
They challenge the way brands connect with each other and with people, creating rewarding partnerships which give their clients more reach, relevance and return on investment. They’ve developed a new approach to brand partnerships and loyalty and they’re leading the way.
Their rapidly expanding client list ranges from cutting edge blue chips, to global phenomena, as well as much-loved fashion and booze brands. A superstar senior Group Account Director is required to help to them charge this hue account forward in a traditional client handling way. They already have partnership/sales people, they need a solid Group Account Director that manage the (separate client services team and lead senior client conversations/relationships).
We’re looking for a Group Account Director to join their growing team and help make partnerships a reality for an exciting, blue chip telco client. You’ll also get to work with other big-named brands, too.
This Group Account Director should have a head for strategy, creative ideas and disruptive marketing and be able to keep a team managing projects on track with ease. You’ll be able to grow relationships with senior level clients and internal teams as standard.
As Group Account Director you’ll be responsible for managing and growing the client relationship, generating revenue, profitability of account and delivering on all aspects of partnerships strategies and projects.
You’ll be the kind of Group Account Director that has a background working for well-known agencies and on big named accounts, but you’re probably bored of the same-old-same-old and are looking for a new challenge, with a new way of working. You’ll have managed a team and be looking for a role where you can continue to grown and develop in.
Creating lasting and effective client relationships will be key for this Group Account Director. You’ll be expected to develop and deliver partnerships from the initial research, idea generation and contact through to negotiation and securing final agreements. You will also oversee all financials for the account and be responsible for managing and mentoring junior and mid-weight team members.
