As the group account director for this Cheshire agency you'll lead a team of 18 across this flagship retail account. They've a proud pedigree gained in creating and delivering interactive live experiences for this client so you've got to love what you do as it moves at pace.
It takes into account 3 major strands of retail strategy; experiential, local marketing and internal/employee communications. For that reason it needs someone, ideally from a broader integrated agency background with the expertise to operate with this amount of bandwidth.
You'll be seen as a trusted partner of the retailer and as the group account director a large part of the role will be working with and where needed, challenging the client, ensuring that the idea and execution is on brief and most importantly will get results.
You'll be a true leader of people and will bring with you a strong work ethic, zest for life and a track record of going the extra mile for clients.
To make this role work you must have spent a good part of your career within an integrated agency and be well versed in finding best in class solutions for a blue chip client base.
