Are you a hardworking and driven graduate looking to make your mark in the world of B2B sales?

This well-established FTSE250 B2B publisher with clients all around the globe has an excellent reputation and are now looking to expand their successful event sales team. This is an exciting sales role for a hardworking and driven graduate looking to make a name for themselves in event sales. You will be responsible for selling delegate tickets as well as progressing into selling sponsorship packages for companies to both attend and sponsor their international B2B events on the capital markets. The Role:

  • Contacting clients through a mix or cold and warm calls with the aim of selling delegate tickets to senior level decision makers within other businesses for them to attend your international events based on the capital markets.
  • Regularly keeping in touch with clients to nurture relationships.
  • Identifying and pursuing all opportunities to maximise revenue and increase your commission.
  • Attending the occasional industry conference or event to make the most of any potential networking opportunities with clients.

The Candidate:

  • A driven approach with an ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, coupled with strong communication skills allow you flourish in the role and successfully engage with senior stakeholders and sell effectively
  • A conscientious approach to work with an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment will enable you to work hard and progress quickly
  • A social, outgoing character will suit this fast paced environment
  • A track record of success in a telesales role will show you understand a sales process and can apply this to the job immediately
  • An interest in or knowledge of the financial capital markets will allow you to successfully sell these events
