The role
As a Graduate Client Services Executive you will:
* Be the first point of contact for clients and will need to build strong relationships to ensure that you fully understand their needs
* Work with the extended client services team to produce and roll out new client services strategies and processes
* Ensure that you are developing your knowledge of the suite of products so that you can grow into a client facing and onsite support specialist
* Assisting and supporting the development team when new products are to be rolled out to clients and end users

Graduate Client Services Executive

Your profile:
* With your previous experience in a customer service role you will be adept at managing processes that will ensure maximum levels of customer engagement
* Your background in media, technology, advertising or IT means that you will be excited to learn and develop your knowledge in this technology
* Your ability to build rapport with clients and taking ownership of their customer service is absolutely critical
* Your ability to prioritise your workload means that you will be able to deliver solutions to clients to a pre-agreed SLA
