If you're a product manager that likes focusing on the UK, and has no interest in the process of introducing new products with partners then this role would not be right for you.
We're seeking outgoing, technically sound product managers interested in a specialist role focused on the fluids within a product, somebody who can get the most out of our global partners to introduce products that make our physical technical products perform to their best ability.
Our client is a market leader in the business end of an industry that is constantly evolving, they're renowned for being first movers, and adopting new ideas and creative solutions into their product range at every opportunity.
They have a fantastic culture, great benefits and whilst their products are technical are not dead set on only consider candidates from a technical manufacturing based background, they want good product managers with strong core skills, exposure to NPI, international experience and a willingness to travel a bit with the role. This opportunity is all about working with their partners to bring new products to market, though the product in this case is solutions as part of a wider product.
In terms of the impact this position supports on of the major profit generators for the business; managing the product and its development working in a matrix structure. You will also be responsible for large portions of the marketing strategy, reporting into the directors. The company in question is highly technically orientated and as such they will only be considering candidate with a strong background in product management for capital equipment.
