A background in B2B Sales is essential for this position, as is a desire to build relationships and consultatively sell to senior Marketing and Digital “Heads of” or directors.
The experience we need.
We require at least 3 years of solid sales experience, with the ability to demonstrate a proven track record of working against targets. Ideally you will have sold digital, media or advertising solutions, but sector experience isn’t essential. Experience in B2B sales is key here, as well as an understanding of the digital media landscape.
You'll be a confident and articulate sales person, equally comfortable with phone sales and face to face meetings, drive for results and be counted on to exceed goals and targets successfully; consistently pushing yourself to achieve goals and plan. You'll be proactive and self-motivated - a real people person!
