Digital experience consultant with a strong knowledge of end to end digital content management following UX principles.

Client Details

This Financial Services client is an independent investment management firm helping institutional and individual investors worldwide reach their long-term goals. Growing and buzzing team located in the heart of London.


The key responsibilities for this Global Digital Experience Consultant are:

  • Identifying new opportunities to improve the overall digital experience through the gathering of insights and metrics

  • Conduct and co-ordinate qualitative research activities with the audience groups in order to better understand the user needs and validate our design thinking
  • Work with others in the digital experience team to co-ordinate design resources (internally and externally) to design the optimal digital experiences throughout the design process including journey mapping, concepting, UX design and visual design, regularly sharing work with the broader team to learn from
  • Partner with regional distribution partners to ensure designs are fit for purpose and deliver optimal value against local market objectives and KPI's
  • Ensure commercial judgement is in place around any digital iterations or investments into the digital experiences
  • Partner with solution delivery teams and product owners within the digital team, to ensure optimal experience delivery aligned to KPI's and business objectives

  • Publish content into the range of digital experiences to ensure the timely delivery and optimal value of

  • Manage the ongoing optimisation of the content through the application of behavioural insight and consumption based on metrics and insights gathered

  • Support the EMEA and APAC Marketers to inform and develop the content marketing strategy

  • Implement search optimisation tactics, including improving keyword frequency within our content and implementing h1 and meta data recommendations

  • Support the upkeep of the digital content calendar, working with other content teams in the business to define content needs and requirements and managing timelines for delivery

  • Use analytic and other reporting tools to create more human-orientated narratives around the traditional statistical outputs across our regions

  • Communicate effectively the insights gathered to inform and influence (based on effectiveness) the iteration of the in-market activity, and the future Go to Market planning

  • Analyse and monitor the performance of the content via feedback loops with stakeholders to help deliver focused, coordinated engagement with the relevant audience types and segments we target

  • Develop a deep understanding of our audience based behaviours, and inform and maintain our Body of Insight on the roles we target, their needs and opportunities for digital services


The successful Global Digital Experience Consultant will have:

  • To stay well informed in current user centred design methods and the application of both research and design methods into a digital delivery and execution process

  • Clear understanding of content generation and marketing, and what good looks like

  • Effective in stakeholder management, using different methods such as workshop facilitation and presentations

  • Support the design, delivery and ongoing oversight of high quality digital experiences

  • Experienced in working with CMS systems in the publishing of content and management of digital experiences, ideally within AEM

  • Experienced in working with Analytics tools ideally SiteCatalyst and driving data lead decisions

  • Highly organised individual, proficient at working independently to manage tight deadlines, version controlling and executional excellence

  • Outstanding commercial judgement and assessing the value of the efforts and investment into our digital execution

  • 2 years experience in a digital team environment involved in the design and execution of digital services, ideally within the B2B space

  • Confident and experienced in working in complex and highly regulated environments and industry sectors

  • An effective and collaborative approach to working with highly distributed multi-function teams of people

  • Search Engine Optimisation experience desirable

Job Offer

This is a 3 month rolling contract for a Global Digital Experience Consultant paying between £300 - £400 a day, looking for someone who can make an immediate start and work from the Central London offices
