The new Marketing Manager will sit in this company's expert in-house marketing team, where you'll pick up the reigns and handover of the outgoing Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy geared towards B2C and B2C customer acquisition
  • Manage lead generation focused marketing campaigns across digital channels including social, search and email
  • Analyse data from marketing channels to strategically look at performance and optimise future activity
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders including external marketing agencies
  • Innovate by looking at new channels that could add value to the marketing strategy

  • Update leads and track reporting
  • Campaign management
  • Website management
    • Updates
    • Creation of new pages
    • Campaign building
  • Social Media posts
  • Live chat
  • Promote low attraction e-commerce courses
  • Create and circulate marketing reports
  • Produce lead allocation to Account Managers from the E-commerce website platform
  • Process all:
    • Brochure requests
    • Website updates
    • Raise PO's for suppliers

Systems and Platform knowledge that the ideal Marketing Manager will have had exposure to:

  • Ability to quickly highlight and log company website issues with provider
