Are you a highly commercial Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager in the FMCG sector looking to advance your career managing a high profile well known UK brand? Our client is a leading and profitable International food business with a portfolio of leading brands based in the North West.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to manage the Business' largest portfolio to develop and implement the marketing and brand strategy in order to raise product and brand profile, drive commercial growth and lead key initiatives to develop a well-loved consumer brand.
This portfolio is the key pillar of their business accounting for a significant proportion of Net Sales Value and Gross Profit delivery for the brand. The Marketing Manager will ensure P&L delivery for a top UK grocery brand, owning brand strategy for all platforms and channels and develop the success in the UK marketplace. There will also be opportunities to work on International projects.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable hands-on brand management experience gained in FMCG markets within a commercially oriented blue-chip environment. You will have excellent commercial and financial acumen, the ability to lead and engage cross functional teams, interact with senior executives and be comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment. The remuneration package includes basic salary of £55,000-60,000 plus bonus, car, and normal benefits and assistance to relocate to the area if necessary.
