PRODUCTION MANAGER - £25-£32K - PERM - EVENTS & EXPERIENTIAL - C LONDON

We're on the lookout for an experienced Event Production Manager to join a centrally based London Experiential Agency, delivering a good variety of experiential event campaign. Working with clients across the FMCG, alcohol, energy, publishing and retail sectors, you'll come with a knowledge and passion for delivering live events, roadshows, exhibitions, installations and in-store activations.

ROLE
Acting as a key member of the Event Production Team, you'll be responsible for leading your own projects across build, logistics and all technical elements
Working closely with the Account Handling team, you'll be their go to for quickly and accurately costing up creative ideas for pitch presentations
Advising Account Handling and Creative teams, on new technological innovations, lead times and project feasibility for each event
Managing, briefing, negotiating and liaising with suppliers (AV, lighting, sound, staging, interactive tech, props), developing a preferred supplier list and maintaining relationships
End to end management of production budgets
Complex logistics management, advising on stock, materials, access and schedule management
Creating H&S documentation for all projects
Managing the load-in, build and de-rig on-site at events

REQUIREMENTS
Natural interest and passion for new technological innovations and come with ideas on how to integrate into experiential campaigns
Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex budgets
Excellent event production supplier knowledge
Knowledge and experience delivering experiential activities within shopping centres, trade shows, festivals and council owned spaces
Strong technical knowledge of sound, lighting, power, AV and interactive technology
Experience of working with graphic designers and art-workers
Knowledge of event operations and how large scale events run and using this ability to create exceptional experiential activations
Meticulous with high levels of attention to detail
Team player with a can do attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
A working knowledge of CAD or Sketchup is preferred!!
