Salary: £30,000 - £55,000 (OTE 20K within your first year)

- Selling luxury training solutions to C-level decision-makers.
- Working with the creative team to deliver client's training needs.
- Working with a mixture of new and existing clients, up-selling and cross stilling, and new business.
- Lead generation and market research
- You will be reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales and selling complex solutions to companies
- You will be customer-focused and looking at ways to diversify from their existing client base
- Experienced in B2B sales, ideally within the events, training, or media sales.
- A confident relationship builder who can develop relationships quickly.
- Experienced in selling to senior business leaders.
- Candidates must be consultative and listen to the need of a business to understand their training requirements.
- Proven record of exceeding KPI's and targets
- Ideally, five years new business sales experience
