Job Description
- Quality ownership of all customer facing emails
- Monitoring bounce, open, click-through and deliverability rates and working with the e-commerce manager to keep commercial performance aligned
- Carrying out A/B testing to identify improvement areas
- Background in e-commerce and email marketing
- Strong understanding of online marketing in B2B industries
- Good understanding of customer behaviour through the email channel
- Knowledge of Dotmailer (ESP)
- Experience of working alongside Design, Marketing and Trading teams
- Web Analytics experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong technical skills (HTML and ESP Setups)
- Keen eye for design & marketing copy
- Strong analytical skills & commercial awareness
- Experience of working with a mix of stakeholders and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and self-improve to maintain productivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
