Wonderful opportunity to join this thriving premium consumer brand. As eCRM Executive you will create and deploy multi-channel campaigns across all brands to help engage and retain existing customers with a strong focus on digital channels.
Ultimately delivering an improvement in the quality of prospects/leads for the sales team you will assist in the development of the customer lifecycle and build value and advocacy across the brand portfolio.
To be considered you will have gained experience in a Database/Email Marketing role with exposure to CRM and a real passion to progress in both Email and CRM.
You will work with brand marketing managers to develop innovative content ideas, set up and manage email templates to build and send engaging emails that are consistent with our brand tone of voice and really resonate with our customers.
This role requires someone with strong analytical skills; analysing data sets, segmentation, identifying audiences for new strategies and data insight.
You are a confident communicator and will be comfortable analysing results and presenting finding and recommendations to the marketing team.
You will have experience of using an email broadcast/campaign management system (preferably Marketo) and knowledge of Salesforce and HTM editing skills would be advantageous.
With excellent copy and creative writing skills, you will have the opportunity to own the look and feel of the campaigns,
