Job Description

A central London based Luxury Retailer is looking to hire an Interim Ecommerce Website Project Manager on a rolling 7 month contract.

Website Project Manager Responsibilities:

- End to End internal project management of the re-platforming of the websites from start to finish

- Sole owner of internal project management tools, and key point of contact for external task management tools

- Create and manage the internal-facing re-platforming project timeline and milestones associated with the roll out in real time

- Collate, organise and chase assets, content and collateral associated with web build

- Implementation of Agile methodologies

- Key day-today project contact for both system integrator externally, and project stakeholders internally

- Communicating and implementing best practice UX and design to stakeholders; ensuring we have site optimisation and customer experience

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Advanced knowledge of ecommerce best practice across all aspects of transational retail websites and the technical infrastructure/ecosystem of websites

- Proven project management experience of complex mobile responsive retail website roll outs across number of territories

- Complex technical knowledge of retail website roll outs across number or regions and territories and best practice code implementation of these sites

- Proven track record in launching multi-lingual and multi-locale sites using third party language agencies on well-know eCommerce platforms

- Proven track record in launching omni-channel solutions

- Understanding technical implementation of third pary APIs where necessary

- High familiarity with content management systems and HTML/CSS

- Use of project management tools and mapping out simple but effective work flow processes within these tools

- Implementation of Agile methodologies and managing timellines and deliverables
