My client, a leader in the home decorative space, is on the hunt for an eCommerce Manager to join their team on a maternity cover for 6 months to help grow the brand in the UK and across Europe.
This maternity cover will join a lean UK team focussed on achieving multi-channel growth and a major part of that is eCommerce – both through their own website and rolling out onto third-party sellers going forward.
The position will ensure best practice consumer engagement and conversion techniques are incorporated into all plans.
This role leads on website management, online product launches and customer fulfillment initiatives.
You will focus on the day to day management and optimisation of .COM and acting as guardian of visual presentation online.
You will also lead the email marketing and CRM program in conjunction with their digital agency and senior brand manager, to inspire and help consumers complete their home decorative projects.
You will also be responsible for reporting of key indicators for digital performance. Looking at Google Analytics and reporting on digital consumer trends and competitor activity in industry.
From a technical perspective, experience in Magento and Google Analytics is preferred and you will also be a great communicator and be able to nurture relationships on personal level.
Rate: £200-300 a day
Location: Milton Keynes (with some remote work)
Duration: 6 months
