E-commerce Manager - North London
£35,000 - £45,000

We are working with a specialist, independent retailer based in North London, in their search for an experienced and passionate E-commerce Manager. The company; already well established online and on the high-street, have exciting expansion plans for 2018, that will take the business to the next level.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and E-commerce, the ideal candidate will be commercially minded, focus on delivering ROI and is adept at creating and managing e-commerce strategies. With a minimum of 5 years online experience, you will be helping to drive rapid and sustainable growth through careful website management.

E-commerce Manager - Responsibilities

Web Development Projects
*Maintaining and growing the website including new projects and bug fixes.
*Manage third party agencies, payment providers and hosting solutions.
*Developing a strategy to improve conversion and average order value, identify and develop areas for improvement.
*Managing the re-platforming of the website.
*Managing the integration of the website with a new order management system
*Review on-site engagement and identify areas for improvement within e-commerce
*Consistently review all delivery options and make recommendations for improvements.

-Implement overall Marketing strategy, robust planning for peak times and promotions.
-Merchandising and management of all online stock.
-Accurate and timely reporting, deliver findings to senior management and advise on overall strategy.
-Email Marketing to meet targets for increasing conversion, AOV and revenue.
-Team Management.

E-commerce Manager - Key skills and experience

*With a minimum of 5 years' online experience, you will have your finger on the pulse of all things digital and championing their benefits across the entire business.
*Broad digital background in retail, hospitality or travel.
*A web analytics pro - Ability to gauge trends and evaluate content.
*Multi-tasker. You must be able to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects.
*Not afraid to be in the thick of it, hands-on and leading from the front.
*Proficient in Mailchimp, GA, Magento and order management systems.
