We now wish to appoint a talented, experienced and empathetic Director of Marketing and Communications to work as part of a team at Prior Park College and The Paragon to help deliver our Vision for 2025 and beyond for our Bath-based schools, allowing us to continue to be the modern Christian/Catholic Schools of choice in the communities that we serve.
In this senior role, you will use your extensive experience to develop marketing strategy and ensure action to implement it so that the two UK schools remain the schools of choice in their respective markets. You will develop a detailed understanding of the schools’ markets and bring innovation to the schools’ approach to marketing. You will closely monitor customer satisfaction as well as bringing excellence to internal and external communications. You will ensure the Prior Leadership Team maximises all opportunities for promotion through PR. The ideal candidate will be appropriately qualified with extensive marketing experience and a strong but warm personal presence and demeanour. They will be an experienced and inspiring line manager with exemplary communication and relationship- building skills.
