Their style is provocative and passionate and their mission is to create lasting impact.
They are expanding their London office and based on this are looking to recruit some super clever and highly skilled innovators to join them on their journey.
As a Director you will…
*Lead the world's most exciting innovation projects-going beyond smart strategy documents to develop real-world businesses positioned for growth
*Take the non-linear leaps that help clients not just play the game, but evolve and fundamentally disrupt their markets
*Develop board-level relationships, taking a co-founder mentality to act as a steady partner to our clients through the uncertainties of innovation
*Act as the creative spark who inspires world class innovation teams
*Contribute to talent spotting, recruiting and onboarding, and inspire our people to be their best through brilliant coaching and leadership
You'll also play a key role in the on-going development of their Innovation practice and IP, pairing with commercial, organisation and design inventors to deliver world-class work.
You'll thrive in this role if you have…
*A wealth of experience in creative strategy, including expertise in consumer insight, new product/service/brand development, experimentation and business development
*Are a passionate and persuasive storyteller
*Can 'spot the gold' to turn data to insight, ideas to thriving businesses
*A proven track record of building client relationships, growing revenues and creating change in large organisations
