- Developing an effective digital performance strategy across biddable, addressable digital media channels (inc. Paid Search, Programmatic Display and Paid Social)
- Lead and develop a team of digital performance channel executives and managers to deliver ongoing campaigns and drive performance
- Oversee agency managing and regional trading hubs delivering programmatic display and paid social
- Partner with other central teams to ensure marketing is integrated to drive the best results
- A track record in Digital Acquisition results across the full digital mix
- Strong technical knowledge of all digital media and tech
- Proven experience of managing biddable, addressable media and digital teams
- Experience in managing agencies and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
- Experience working across international markets and developing relationships with partners
