We're looking for a solid research director to join a growing brand & insight consultancy who specialise in innovation and brand & comms research. This is a very senior positon and you will essentially take the responsibility of co-leading and adding serious value to a fast-growing agency.
They have a broad client base, so there is lots of variety in this role. They specialise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, both online & offline, blending quick turnaround projects with larger projects to draw a stronger picture for their clients. The organisation have a flat structure, everyone gets involved at all stages of projects so you must be willing to remain hands-on and provide the strategic insights for clients. You will be expected to identify opportunities to develop and strengthen relationships, growing accounts and being a leader in the company.
- Extensive research experience, across different methodologies and ideally international research

- Creative, bright mind, you will help push this agency into new areas
The salary is flexible, it depends on your current experience and what you will bring (that is potentially different) that can add value and make this agency better. There is also a bonus and other perks included. Last year everyone got a 15% bonus.
