About the Research Associate Director Role
You will become a key senior member of the digital team in the London office, taking the lead on a number of high profile clients.
The digital team are at the cutting edge of technology, combining qualitative research methodologies with digital and social media data analysis. You will leads multi-market studies in order to deliver actionable insights for your clients. You'll utilise and develop innovative digital research and social listening techniques to unearth key consumer needs. You will work with both qual and quant data to develop a story out of it. You'll delve deep into what the insight actually means and you will play a role in suggested brand strategy and positioning. You'll be expected to lead and inspire a team underneath you.
Desirable skills and requirements for the Digital/Social Media Research Associate Director:

The Digital/Social Media Research Associate Director receives a highly competitive salary paying £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience in addition to excellent company benefits including flexible working, generous learning budget, frequent appraisals and laptop.
