This role is to work as a client facing Digital PM to deliver a new web build for a public sector client. This is a full time role responsible for the full project cycle from the initial scope stage through to final delivery and handover. You will be an experience Web / Digital Project Manager. This build is in Umbraco and experience with this platform is preferred but not essential.
Key Role Deliverables:
The following skills, expertise and experience are required for the new Digital Project Manager:
*At least 3 years experience working as a Digital Project Manager and delivering both design projects and technical web projects to required time, budget and quality.
*Managing all project activities and keeping the project moving throughout the week by matrix managing the delivery team resource.
*Work with the Client Services Team to support new work proposals and create project plans
*Participation in weekly scheduling/production meeting and requesting project resources in advance of dates required.
*Being aware of invoicing plans and ensuring project delivering to invoice milestones - and if any problems arise, the ability to be proactive and ensure solutions are put in place to bring this back on track.
*Highly motivated and motivating individual with leadership skills.
*Strong stakeholder management (at senior level).
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Scope and change management experience.
*Ability to recognise and manage project risks, issues and dependencies through to resolution.
*Above all a proactive and enthusiastic nature is essential
*Understanding of, or qualification in, a project management framework.
*Prince 2 practitioner is an advantage, but not essential.
