Digital Marketing / Comms Manager - Manchester - £30-35k (12-month FTC)

Charitable organisation, based in South Manchester, is looking for a Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to join their marketing team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with a view to going permanent thereafter.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for delivering the digital comms strategy. You will be an experienced digital marketing manager, with a proven track record of delivering significant digital projects, from CRM, to websites, e-marketing and social media - but, most of all, achieving ROI through digital campaigns. Joining at an exciting time, you will help project manage the development of a new website infrastructure for the company (supporting multiple websites). You will set up a range of evaluation tools across digital platforms and support the ongoing development of the intranet, while implementing an e-marketing platform to support the business.

You must be an expert in digital marketing and social media, with the knowledge and insight to drive engagement and sales. You should have a sound understanding of website design and UX, able to input into these areas, working collaboratively with IT teams and the wider marketing team. Having successfully delivered numerous high-quality websites and digital campaigns, you will be used to working in a fast paced, challenging environment and have either worked agency side managing multiple clients or within an account manager type operating model. You must be commercially astute and always focusing on delivering an amazing customer experience.

You will have at least 5 years' experience of working within a dedicated digital role, within a fast-paced commercial environment. You will understand digital systems (including CMS, CRM, SEO, PPD, intranets, analytics) and be experienced in delivering digital marketing and engagement campaigns.
