Help us re-imagine great mental healthcare
Clinical Partners is the UK’s leading privately owned mental healthcare provider. In spite of growing awareness of the issues, too many people struggle to get the mental healthcare they need. Our ambition is to make exceptional mental healthcare as accessible as possible, whether accessed via the NHS or as a private self-referral.
We’re currently experiencing significant growth, supported by a new investment programme in technology, people and marketing. Following the appointment of a new marketing director, we’re now looking to roll out a new strategy for building the brand, including developing new customer propositions, optimising the customer experience, launching a new content and PR programme, and refreshing the brand identity including the website.
Where you come in:
Delivering great campaigns and customer communications will be central to the success of this strategy. To enable this, we’re looking for a talented and ambitious campaign manager, social media guru and all round digital marketing evangelist to join a growing team.
What you'll be doing:
+ Being a champion of audience insight and ensuring our marketing is customer-led
+ End-to-end management of brand and customer acquisition campaigns. These are currently built around our successful OpenHouse webinar series, covering PR, partnership marketing, social promotion, managing the live events, email marketing and development of campaign landing pages
+ Budgeting and management of 3rd party suppliers who enable delivery
+ Working with our PR agency to deliver the experts and assets required to enable effective coverage
+ Managing our social media channels – Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
+ Monitoring our customer reviews channels – Trustpilot, Facebook and Google
+ Regular reporting on campaigns, social, PR and impact on web traffic
+ Managing delivery of updated assets for a brand refresh programme
+ Helping develop and run a new CRM / email marketing strategy
+ Supporting thought leadership and lead generation campaigns for our NHS partnerships team
+ Being flexible to turn your hand to new challenges as and when they arise!
The right person for this role could come from a business or agency background. Or possibly both! You’ll need to be passionate about understanding our audience and the evolving nature of the mental health category. And you’ll need to be as happy building relationships and organising events with our expert clinicians as much as digging into the mechanics of Facebook or Trustpilot. There’s a lot going on, so we’ll be looking to you to help us refine and evolve our approach, so versatility, curiosity and a desire to continuously learn will be key.
Most of all we’re looking for somebody who is excited about what great marketing can contribute, and keen to bring their skills to a sector where they can really make a difference. Clinical Partners is at the start of its new marketing journey so this is a role that should grow in line with our wider ambitions.
There’s loads to do, so we envisage the role as full time. Having said that, we’re open to ideas and can be flexible if required for the right person. Post-Covid, the marketing function will be based in central London, however occasional trips to our HQ in Wiltshire will also be required.
