here are the key responsibilities -
Cost effectively generate awareness, leads and sales via digital channels including Facebook and Google advertising.
Optimise paid marketing, website customer journey and conversion funnel to deliver profitable scalable unit economics and cost effective conversion to sign ups, newsletters, catalogues and orders
Maximise lifetime value by optimising email and catalogue campaigns to drive first and repeat purchase.
Collect customer profile data to enable effective segmentation and personalised communication
Your experience and skills
Planning and implementing digital advertising, social media and email campaigns
Track record of generating demand and leads at scale with a deep knowledge of concepts and technologies for digital lead-generation and acquisition.
Strategic thinking, strong communication skills, creativity and ability to execute by working in cross functional teams.
Passion for data and measurement to drive business results
Thrive in a start-up environment responding quickly to changing priorities, and timelines

Experience of another lifestage business eg parenting would be useful
This is a full time position based in our London, reporting to the Marketing Director.
