A B2C brand is looking for digital expert who has A/B testing experience to lead the SEO, PPC and CRO team in developing, implementing, challenging and embedding conversion rate strategies across a portfolio of websites.
- Establish a cohesive conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing strategy for all key strategic brands, with a particular focus on web pages.
- Identifying problems and opportunities with the conversion rate of our websites through quantitative and qualitative research.
- Prioritise insights and testing strategy which helps product achieve their goals and delivers ROI.
- Line manage and coach all direct reports
- Experience in a digital marketing role is essential.
- Website management experience in AB testing or multivariate testing is essential
- Knowledge of Google AdWord's and Google Analytics is desirable
