Brand Recruitment have partnered exclusively with an industry leading FMCG business to help them find a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a one-year maternity cover, starting from September.

Our award-winning, innovative and highly respected client is currently searching for a smart, passionate and driven Digital Marketing Manager with at least 3-4 years' digital marketing experience to join their successful and lively team.

Candidates must have a background working for a large consumer or FMCG brand and have proven experience driving digital marketing campaigns, digital brand and social media strategies and managing an ecommerce site. A strong understanding of digital marketing and social media is essential, as this brand is growing its digital presence significantly, you will be expected to be a key part of that growth. In addition to possessing strong, all-round digital experience, candidates will also need a strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and WordPress software.

You will be the in-house expert for all things social media and digital marketing, using your passion and expertise to drive the digital arm of the business to reach more consumers. You'll be responsible for creating new, engaging and informative content across the brand's website, blogs and social media channels to drive SEO. Strong email marketing experience is also preferred, as you'll be heading up the eCRM strategy for the brand. From designing creative email marketing campaigns to analysing click through rates and ROI, and even developing strategies to increase email sign ups, this broad position encompasses all areas of eCRM.

We're looking for candidates who love social media and have proven experience delivering successful social media campaigns for a consumer brand or product. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for posting content across their social media platforms, encouraging higher levels of engagement and growing their following. You'll understand what types of content perform best across different social media platforms and will create a content calendar to maximise on opportunities. Previous experience working with social media influencers would be a bonus, as you will be responsible for the brand's blogger and influencer outreach activity, ensuring the brand is seen with the right influencer, by the right consumers via the most successful platforms.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll also take ownership of their ecommerce website, so previous experience in ecommerce is highly desirable. You'll oversee the customer journey and make improvements to maximise conversion rates and ensure the website delivers the best brand experience for the consumer. You'll cover all aspects of the customer's digital journey to point them towards the website, from social media to email marketing campaigns.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager with extensive digital, ecommerce and social media experience working for a consumer brand. You'll have the chance to manage the digital strategy for a household name brand, within an innovative, creative and pioneering organisation whose best-selling products are instantly recognisable. This is a one-year maternity cover, due to start in September so candidates will need to be able to start then.
