Digital Marketing Executive (Content and Search) - Manchester - £25-27k
Well-loved charity, based in Salford Quays, is looking for a Senior Digital Executive to join their marketing team, focussing on SEO, content and PPC (external agency).
Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will govern content, ensuring suitability for the audience and consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. You will manage search marketing channels and the website SEO, with the objective of improving the charity's presence across all main search engines, whilst helping implement marketing plans and site development. You will write informative and engaging content, tailored to specific audience groups, ensuring all content is optimised to maximum effect. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement creative content for campaigns, working closely with email marketing and social media. You will monitor and analyse campaign and optimisation results, reporting back to the Head of Digital. Finally, you will manage the relationship with the PPC agency (performance and authorising changes).
To be considered for this role, you must have strong copy writing and editorial skills, with demonstrable experience of managing multiple campaigns. You will be educated to degree level and have at least two years' experience of working in digital marketing. You will have experience of CMS (ideally Sitecore) and be able to use Google Analytics, with first-hand experience of SEO and PPC (Google and BING).
