The NCC are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with a relevant degree and between 1-3 years’ experience in marketing with strong digital marketing skills.
The Digital Marketing Executive will report directly into the Digital Marketing Manager and work with the NCC Marketing team to help implement and execute digital marketing plans across the NCC Group.
This is a varied and exciting role where you will work across a number of NCC digital marketing campaigns. You’ll ensure all planned activity aligns to the digital marketing strategy and help ensure campaign targets are met. You will work across email marketing, social media, analytics, website management, PPC and SEO.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an upcoming digital marketing executive to take on a newly created role. You will be supported by an experienced team, receive on-the-job training with the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects to ensure continual development.
Day to day running of campaigns across social media, PPC and SEO
Campaign support across digital campaigns
Website maintenance including writing and optimising content for NCC Group websites,
ensuring all communication is on brand
Maintain social networks, including writing and posting content on social media including
Facebook, Twitter Google +, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest
Maintain a high level of engagement and real time response to social interactions
Write copy for email marketing campaigns
Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content
Oversee creation of online banner adverts in line with branding and assist with design
elements as required
Analytics and reporting on web traffic, email, paid media and organic performance
Events and Exhibitions – support with implementing the digital marketing strategy for our
events and coordinating our attendance at events including all digital aspects of planning
Attend events and promotional campaigns
Keep abreast of current trends in digital marketing, identify future opportunities and bring
these to the attention of the team
Experience of delivering digital marketing campaigns and website maintenance
Previous experience of social media management and advertising essential
Editing and writing skills. You will need to create engaging, inspiring and educational content
across both B2B and B2C for various digital platforms including social media and websites
Sound knowledge of PPC, SEO, email marketing and Google Analytics
Video editing and web design skills are desirable but not necessary
Strong organisational and communications skills, ability to work well under pressure and to

Qualifications and Relevant Experience
• Degree educated
• At least one year in digital communications and marketing is required, two years or more
• IT Proficient (including HTML and CMS platforms), advance skills in MS Office including
Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Normal working hours are 9.00am to 5.15am, Monday to Friday
