You'll get the opportunity to take the position of Digital Marketing Executive of a global brand, to drive growth in an eCommerce / online shopping environment. With a team big enough to teach you new things, but small enough to give you ownership.

In fact you'll:
* Own the Paid Search and Shopping strategy
* Be responsible for the PPC budget, measuring spend and revenue growth YoY
* Develop, plan and implement Paid Search and Shopping campaigns that encompass all steps of the marketing funnel
* Liaise with the wider marketing team to ensure that the latest promotional offers and product launches are visible across paid channels
* Report on all Paid Search and Shopping activity to internal stakeholders with a clear strategy
* Track competitor performance analyse differing PPC strategies in order to assess brand position.
* Work with an international team from the comfort of your own home
* Experience working with Google Ads / Bing Ads across Search and Shopping campaigns
* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Shopping and Google Adwords
* Experience in bid management tools is desirable
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and platforms is advantageous

You can work from home for this role although I'd highly recommend travelling to Rugby if you want to see the faces of the people who pay you - might be a good idea now an again.
