Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a strong analytical mind to work as a member of our account support team and implement digital marketing and social strategies for our clients. We expect all applicants to show enthusiasm towards the digital marketing industry and to have an ambition to further their knowledge by keeping aware of changes and developments.

MAIN DUTIES

PPC

  • Plan, implement and analyse PPC strategies for various digital platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and YouTube Ads.
  • Carry out paid activity and monitor performance for several networks such as Search, Mobile, Social Media, Display and Video on a daily basis.
  • Manage many high-volume campaigns and monthly budgets at the same time across multiple platforms and networks.
  • Regularly identify new opportunities for existing and new campaigns.
  • Transfer PPC skills and knowledge to other members of the team.
  • Review the work of peers and provide thorough feedback.

SOCIAL

  • Plan, implement and analyse social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Conduct social media activity and monitor campaign performance across multiple platforms and networks.
  • Regularly identify new opportunities for existing and new campaigns.

SEO

  • Identify opportunities on-page and off-site to improve Organic performance.
  • Fully understand the processes involved in developing and implementing SEO strategies.
  • Expert knowledge of SEO best practices including technical, outreach and content marketing.
  • Deliver on-page SEO best practises.
  • Monitor performance on a regular basis using the Web Ranking platforms.
  • Manage WordPress/Drupal, backlinks and sitemaps.

CRO

  • Adopt a scientific approach through the use of analytics tools to optimise websites and improve conversions.
  • Carry out A/B and multivariate testing experiments.
  • Regularly identify opportunities and pain points in audience journeys.

Reporting

  • Use multiple digital tools to deliver consistent digestible, visual and thorough reports to evaluate activity.
  • Quickly interpret report data to suggest immediate changes or implement plans for the future accordingly.
  • Maintain a standard and style of reporting throughout all reports.
  • Call on advanced Excel skills where necessary.

Learning

  • Keep up to date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Manage your time.
  • Be aware of upcoming events in the industry that you or other team members could attend.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Two years of digital marketing experience.
  • The ability to make fast analytical interpretations of data.
  • The willingness and ability to adopt new skills and implement them in a time-efficient manner.
  • The experience to be able to prioritise work to achieve deadlines.
  • The capacity to work on projects independently.
  • Excellent written and proofreading skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ideally educated to degree level.

This role is ideally full-time, although we would consider part-time hours. In return you will receive a competitive salary, pension and 28 days holiday.
