A fantastic new Business Development Manager role has come up at an exciting digital web and marketing agency based in Woking. In this role, you will be dealing with reactive business leads and also being proactive in generating new avenues of business for my client, who are looking to grow their already very impressive client portfolio.
You will have a proven track record in sales and used to working towards targets and KPIs, you will also be tenacious and self-motivated when independently chasing new business! This is a new position within the company and investment into a team will be made once the role is established, so this is perfect for a budding Sales Director!
- Converting business leads through solution selling
- Creating client plans and writing proposals
- Pitching at face to face meetings
- Hot, warm and cold calling will be involved
- Working with marketing to generate leads and interest
- Creating new business avenues
What do you need?
If you are a recruitment consultant with a passion to do something different this could be the perfect role for you!
- Proven track record in sales
- Recruitment experience within an agency would be ideal as you will understand solution selling!
- Digital knowledge would be an advantage
- Strong organisational skills but with the ability to react quickly to incoming leads
