Digital Marketing & Content Manager

We’re looking for the following: Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing expert, Copywriter, Webstats wizard, client marketeer, campaign manager, video editor, film creator. Oh, and a brand manager.
In fact, we want someone who can do all of the above.

PIE is an award winning Sales, Marketing & Digital recruitment business, operating across some diverse sectors including Consumer, Automotive & Tech. We’ve been around for over 4 years and have grown to 20 people, with our head office located in Old Amersham. We’ve defined our brand thus far by having marketing front and centre of everything we do. And that’s where you’ll come in. We’re looking for someone who can bring new ideas and keep us at the forefront of our clients and candidate’s minds.
Working alongside the Management team, your creative initiatives will be fundamental to our growth plans and offer an exceptional opportunity to not only lead the marketing strategy for the business but be instrumental in its creation and direction. Armed with a shiny new brand toolkit, you’ll be working across several teams in the business to not only grow our already established PIE brand but help launch and grow our next ventures.
You’ll be producing digital content for a variety of channels including Linkedin & YouTube as well as running a number of inhouse marketing initiatives including customer feedback surveys, keeping the website up to the minute and ensuring a regular stream of diverse content tailored to our different audiences.
It’s a hands on role and to start with you’ll be looking after lots of this yourself so you’ll need to be more than proficient across a broad range of marketing skills. Photoshop and Premier Pro experience is a must. Google Analytics experience is required and if you’ve a flair for producing great copy as well, we’re excited to hear from you. You’ll create templates for everything, from our internal recruitment to our client proposals – and these need to be on brand at all times. They need to scream PIE!
But what we really really want (in the immortal words of the Spice Girls) is your input into future strategy and how you propel PIE forward as we grow the business. We need you to come armed with ideas and the motivation to put them into practice.
You don’t need recruitment marketing experience – we’re not looking for someone who has done this before. We’re not looking for traditional – we’re looking for new. And we can offer flexible working so this could be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get back to a marketing career but needing to be able to incorporate a family life as well. There’s plenty of social life thrown in for extra measure, we ensure there’s lots of team events throughout the year (you’ll be able to use them for marketing purposes too!) and it’s a genuinely friendly, family feel environment.
