Job Description

A great opportunity for a highly analytical candidate to join an established business currently undergoing a digital transformation and to make a strong contribution towards the future growth of the business. This includes the ownership of a significant budget.

This is hands-on role, working alongside the wider marketing team, reviewing existing search marketing performance, proposing and implementing changes and growing campaign performance and capabilities.  You will be able to take advantage of new digital channels and will use analysis and insights to deliver ROI and growth against marketing objectives. 

Key tasks will include:

  • Reviewing and restructuring of AdWords accounts
  • Making recommendations based on in depth knowledge of digital methods
  • Managing web analytics and internal reporting to key stakeholders
  • Making suggestions for SEO improvements
  • Being aware of digital marketing changes and improvements and implementing these as appropriate

Applicants for the Digital Marketing Analyst role will require in depth AdWords knowledge, gained in a professional context, experience of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics as well as an understanding of strategies and methods for improving organic search performance.  Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential and you should be a graduate ideally with a numerical or scientific degree.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary in the range of £28,000 -£32,500 and benefits. The business is based in central Cambridge and has a friendly, fast paced environment.
